Art Nouveau cut-glass decanter, ca 1900. Conical with spread vase and helmet mouth; looped and beaded handle. Fluid tendrils and flowers. Underside star. Sterling silver ball stopper with chased and applied flowerheads and twisting, wraparound leaves. Silver marked Theodore B. Starr New York Sterling 25A. Very good condition.
