Edwardian syrup jug. Made by Made by International in Connecticut, ca 1930. Globular clear glass bowl with cut ferns and diaper; star on underside. Sterling silver mount with looping handle and helmet mouth; cover hinged with shell-mounted thumb rest. Applied leafing scroll bands. Fully marked including maker's stamp and no. C1610.
