Renaissance sterling silver dinner set. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York, ca 1910. This set comprises 156 pieces (dimensions in inches): Forks: 12 dinner forks (8), 12 salad forks (6 13/16), 12 seafood forks (6), and 12 ice cream forks (5 3/4); Spoons: 24 teaspoons (5 13/16), 12 gumbo spoons (8 1/8), 12 bouillon spoons (5 1/4), 12 iced tea spoons (7 1/2); Knives: 12 dinner knives (10), 12 steak knives (9 1/4), 12 fruit knives (8), and 12 flat butter spreaders (6). Complete in the pattern designed by Paulding Farnham. It was first produced in 1905, and in production until the early 1960s. Each piece has a low-relief herm with floral garlands on tapering pilaster inset in symmetrical cartouche. Monogrammed. Dinner, steak, and fruit knife blades stainless steel.
